When you’re interested in exploring the world of boutique specialty coffee, it’s easy to become overwhelmed by the multitude of coffees on the market and the roasters who trade them. Our subscription service removes the inherent guesswork by curating a monthly coffee selection, delivered right to your door. Borrow our “coffee nerd” knowledge to bring you a new coffee every month that’s sure to be a delicious addition to your morning ritual.

Coffees are selected monthly by Abram from the current offerings of one of our world-class partner roasteries.

Simply select a subscription of one, two, or three bags per month (each bag contains 227-250g of coffee), and on the second Wednesday of the month, your coffee will be ready for either free local delivery (16125 zip code only) or pick-up at an in-person location in Greenville. Subscriptions include a note on why selected the coffees we did, as well as some tips for brewing (and maybe the occasional special little gift as well!)

Subscriptions must be ordered and paid by the 28th of the month in order to be fulfilled in the following month’s drop.

Each bag contains between 227g and 250g of coffee, depending on the roaster.

If I choose a 2- or 3-bag subscription, will I receive multiple bags of the same coffee?
We guarantee that each bag of coffee will be different, offering you an interesting variety in each drop.

How do you pick your coffees?
All of the coffees in the subscription are fine examples of specialty coffee, likely considered to be “light roast” by most drinkers. Selections are made on the basis of seasonal availability, prioritizing variability, interesting or unique offerings, and overall quality.

Who will roast the coffee in my subscription?
In most cases, all of the coffee in a monthly drop will come from a single roaster, chosen from one of our partner roaster based on the seasonal offerings available at the time. Our current partner roasters are:

Can I customize the coffees I receive?
Sort of- if you have some preferences for or against certain coffee varietals, processes, or origins, drop us a line and we’ll consider them the best we can, making replacements if necessary.

What about decaf?
If you are interested in a monthly drop of decaf coffee, we will happily oblige that; however, we due to the limited variety of excellent decaf coffee on the market, we can’t make much promise for a rotation of new or exciting selections on a regular basis.

Can I have my coffee pre-ground?
Simply put, we don’t recommend having any coffee pre-ground, much less the fine selections we specialize in; so I’m afraid the answer is no. These coffees will be best enjoyed if ground immediately before brewing. However, if you’re looking for a burr coffee grinder, please reach out to us! We would love to point you in the right direction to a grinder that will help your coffee to taste magnificent.
