Coffee tasting might seem like an intimidating or lofty task to the “uninitiated,” but in truth it is a simple practice that only requires a little bit of extra attention. Using the procedure employed by professionals to taste and evaluate coffee, we will taste a line-up of beautiful coffees from different parts of the world, learn about their origins and what makes them unique, and collectively evaluate them and compare notes.

This experience will feature coffees from our partners at Moonwake Coffee Roasters in San Jose, Ca. We have been fans of Moonwake and the cutting-edge coffees they select for the menu for several years now, and were thrilled this year when we were able to present their coffees with our customers.

For those who are new to the prospect of coffee tasting, our “Introduction to Coffee Tasting” session is the recommended starting point, but this experience will still be accessible even if you were not able to previously attend it.
