Coffee tasting might seem like an intimidating or lofty task to the “uninitiated,” but in truth it is a simple practice that only requires a little bit of extra attention. Using the procedure employed by professionals to taste and evaluate coffee, we will taste a line-up of beautiful coffees from different parts of the world, learn about their origins and what makes them unique, and collectively evaluate them and compare notes.

This experience will feature coffees from Hydrangea Coffee Roasters on the basis of our newly formed partnership; we look forward to introducing their coffees to our menu in the near future. Based in Berkeley, Ca, Hydrangea is consistently impressive in the variety of unique and sought-after coffees that grace their menu and in the quality of their roasting.

For those who are new to the prospect of coffee tasting, our “Introduction to Coffee Tasting” session is the recommended starting point, but this experience will still be accessible even if you were not able to previously attend it.
