Perhaps this sounds familiar to you: you enjoy a cup of coffee at a cafe, and decide to purchase a bag of coffee beans from the shop to enjoy at home. When you brew it at home, however, you come to find that it simply doesn’t taste nearly as delicious as it did in the cafe; this is likely is not your imagination. For better or for worse, brewing delicious coffee is often not as simple as we think it is, but the good news is that there are simple changes you can make to improve your coffee exponentially.
This interactive workshop will provide you with all three prerequisites to brew delicious, cafe-quality coffee at home. We will discuss how to interpret coffee labels and purchase a bag you’ll like before we demonstrate the impact of two factors you may not expect: your grinder and the water you brew with. You will be provided with basic tools that are simple to implement, giving you a major upgrade to your daily cup.
